Returns

We really want you to love your purchase as much as we do! However, if for any reason you aren’t totally happy with your purchase you can return anything if you let us know within 14 days after receiving your order*.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to retain proof of purchase.

 If your return is accepted, I’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items.

Please inspect your item upon receipt and email helenwalkerauthor@gmail.com as soon as possible if the item is faulty or damaged.

We may then ask that you send photographs of the item and arrange for you to return the item back to us with a note enclosed explaining the fault. As soon as it has arrived back with us, we will send a replacement and refund any additional postage costs incurred.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on faulty items after more than 60 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like a different product to the one you’ve purchased, please raise a return and make a separate purchase for the item you would like.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will get in touch to let you know if your return has been accepted. If so, you will be refunded using your original payment method. Please note it may take several days for your bank to process the refund.

*Please note, if you let us know you wish to return an item within 14 days, your original postage cost will be refunded. If you fail to let us know within 14 days, or if your original order included multiple items, your original postage cost will not be refunded.
